Boat ramp, Great Race Rock

Alex Fletcher saw a female elephant seal bearing pink tag N472 on the boat ramp. She left when a seawater sample was taken and was later seen in the rocky bay on the south side of the island.

Middle Rocks, Race Rocks

The ecoguardians observed an older bull elephant seal on Middle Rocks accompanied by two much smaller elephant seals. The account does not establish the smaller animals’ ages or relationships.
